Mean

Formula: Add all the numbers together and let the sum be x. Take x divided by the number of variables there are. The result is the mean, or the average.

Mode

Formula: Count how many times each statistic appears. The one or ones with the most number of times is/are the mode(s).

Median

Formula: List all the statistics in numerical order. The one exactly in the middle is the median.

Ratio

Example: 7:63 reads as 7 parts to 63 parts and can be simplified to 1:9.
